Some guys are born to house the bodies of sculpted Greek gods while others are less lucky. Then, there's Kohey Nishi, who by all standards, is one of the most deformed porn performers to ever grace the adult film screen--well, at least in Japan. Nishi stands at just 3'6" tall, about the average height of a healthy six year old boy. But do not mistake this hardcore sex maker for a kid; Nishi is in his mid 20's and very much into fucking women. You may be asking yourself how did he break through into the porn industry? Why is he so small? And does this cross the line of "youth fantasy"? Keep reading for the intriguing story behind Japanese porn director Kohey Nishi.

According to his Vice interview, Nishi became drinking buddies with Japanese pornographer Kei Morikawa, who is known for his movies Make-up Room 1 & 2. Morikawa introduced Nishi to Japanese porn entrepeneur, Ganari Takahashi, founder of Soft On Demand (SOD), one of the largest porn conglomerates in Japan. Nishi then landed the dream job of first exclusive adult film director for SOD by showcasing his talent with a test film called "Nice to Meet You. I am Nishikun, a 109cm Porn Director, Feat. Mao Hamasaki".

Kohey Nishi was born with a rare incurable disorder called mucopolysaccharidosis. Nishi was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, which is a cancer of the connective tissue, and a brain tumor at the age of three. He claims a bone marrow transplant, brain surgery and radiation therapy saved his life. Nishi cannot grow taller, and can only stand five minutes at a time. He has spinal problems and may one day be paralyzed from the neck down. He can barely hold his head up and is even too weak to open a plastic bottle as his hands do not function correctly. Despite these physical limitations, Nishi managed to finish engineering school and to work as a computer programmer making iPhone apps for an IT company in Japan before his transition to porn.

The movie Nishi cites as his favorite from an ever-expanding adult video repertoire is Having Sex in the Magic Mirror Box Car with a Female College Student with F-Cup Breasts Who Wants to Be a Kindergarten Teacher. He says of his film, "it's very erotic, interesting, and unique. I am the only person who could make it!" Which is to imply he looks like a kindergartener but is old enough to have consensual sex with other adults.

While there are plenty of American films featuring teens and women in their early 20's dressed to look like high school students--innocent virgins waiting to be corrupted by father-figures--there is nothing in legal Western porn that goes beyond seondary school in representation. However, it appears Japan has no qualms showcasing a young looking man dressed as a kindergartener or younger, having full blown sex with other adults. It is unlikely such films would be allowed in the United States, so we have none of Kohey Nishi's films in our database. When asked about whether he feels it is wrong for him to portray a young child in an adult film, Nishi tells Vice:

Nishi feels that being an adult film director enriches his lovelife, even outside the industry. Despite his physical deformities, he receives numerous offers for dates with the ladies. He claims he is popular with female fans as well as young adults. Nishi hopes to transition into both the American adult film industry and mainstream Japanese movies. He believes he can "fill a niche" as an adult actor who looks like a child. We seriously doubt he would be allowed to make the types of movies he does for SOD Japan elsewhere given our cultural aversion to any sort of representation of pedophilia. Whereas, Japan is rather infamously known for lax attitudes and laws towards sex with minors.
