Usage
[edit]This is a customized wrapper for {{contentious topics/page restriction talk notice base}}. It takes an additional parameter, |ECR=, which if provided indicates that the page falls under the extended-confirmed restriction which the community authorized as a general sanction for Politics, ethnic relations, and conflicts involving Armenia, Azerbaijan, or both—broadly construed and explicitly including the Armenian genocide—are placed under an extended confirmed restriction.
