This character Ultraman Victory from series Ultraman Ginga.It's remind me that my favorite Character Shouriman from Tottemo!Luckyman. Sound like same "Victory" but it's different words japanese Katanaka and Kanji. Ultraman Victory in word katanaka call (ウルトラマンビクトリ~Urutoraman Bikutori). For character Tottemo!Luckyman Shouriman in word Kanji this "勝利""Shōri". That's why it a same meaning victory but different word japanese.Here it's very hard i draw this guy that detail.It's okay i very like Shouriman then Ultraman Victory.Looks like i got two guy Shouriman and Ultraman Victory. Needs more fan art about Ultraman Victory later ^_^
