I had this game on my Steam wishlist and now I cannot buy it. I guess the only place I can get the game is here?

Apparently it's been pulled from steam (by the dev) now. I get it, given the amount of press this was getting I'd be real nervous about being targeted. It was either that or go the other direction, and try to cash in on the outrage. I saw posts on random subreddits of people brigading about it (which was trip seeing something from here in the wider world).
Such a shame this is so high quality, and the mother is fucking perfect. If this kills the dark DLC stuff I'll be gutted.

Looks like this game kicked over the wasp’s nest in the general games media. I guess it’s a good thing they seem to think this type of game stops with No Mercy and they are still blissfully unaware of how deep the rabbit hole goes.

yea I'm playing it with an open mind and its pretty tame compared to some of the stuff we see on this site and dlsite Japanese games. I think the story is pretty mid with the mc sounding like a 4chan incel/ red pill bro character.

this game is not as dark as many people make it out to be in the media (i read some things today), in fact it is quite light compared to many games here, several popular ones, i tried it a while ago and i found the narrative good i don't know how it ended. it looks like you really pissed someone off, i hope it was just a scare for you zerat i wish you all the best.
